I am currently the IT Manager of a small company in the Dallas TX area. A software engineer by training and 25 years experience, I'm looking to break into the REI realm.
Experience
I don't yet have any experience in REI, but I've taken steps to begin the learning process.
Real Estate Goals
My initial goal is to successfully complete a deal that requires no money down and results in a real money profit. Long term goals include replacing, and surpassing, my and my wife's wage income through REI activities and holding rental properties for long term income.
Currently Seeking
