I am a new investor trying to find out all I can about REO's I want that to be my niche right now. I know that there is money to be made but I think there are easier ways to do it. I could use any help that I can get especially any other maryland wholesalers and investors out there.

I am currently forming my wholesaling lists from Wash., DC, and came across 2 possible REO properties in my area (while researching tax assessments).
