In my own words...
I am a new investor trying to find out all I can about REO's I want that to be my niche right now. I know that there is money to be made but I think there are easier ways to do it. I could use any help that I can get especially any other maryland wholesalers and investors out there.
Real Estate Experience
I have done one short sale, assigned one contract and I am now trying to get into REO;s
Real Estate Goals
I want to be financially secure. To be able to call my own shots and to instill this in my children.
Currently Seeking
Help with learning how to buy and sell REO properties. Getting better with short sales. A large buyers list.

Hi Drenda, and congradulations on your recent investing successes. Please keep me informed as to how things are going with you. Maybe we can do some business together at some point. I am currently forming my wholesaling lists from Wash., DC, and came across 2 possible REO properties in my area (while researching tax assessments).
