I am a positive and focused person. I am decisive, competent, diciplined and willing to work hard to accomplish anything I set my mind to. I enjoy basketball, sand volleyball, outdoors, researching, and working out.
Experience
No real life experince yet but I am reading and researching as much as I can about niches of real estate investing and learning about my market. I am looking foward to wholesailing my first property and purchasing my first rental property.
Real Estate Goals
I am looking to network and partner with other investors.
Short Term: I want to to wholesale houses or buy, fix, flip, and sell for a profit
Long Term: I want to build up enough capatial to have about 15 to 20 cash flowing rental properties in the San Antonio and Austin areas.
