I am an Architect specializing in evaluation and hidden potential property assessment.
My office practice centers on feasibility studies, finished lot development, zoning and building code interpretation, design, and construction.
We do mostly residential and commercial projects although recently we have been involved with analysis to purchase a plot of land, and design for a church congregations.

Just very recently have become a Real Estate Agent with Kurfiss/Sotheby's of Philadelphia, PA.
Aside of land development I'm going to include specializing in waterfront properties.
Having lived close or on the water for most of my life, I am very familiar with the great and not so great aspects of waterfront living. Ready to share my experience!
