I am an Architect specializing in evaluation and hidden potential property assessment.
My office practice centers on feasibility studies, finished lot development, zoning and building code interpretation, design, and construction.
We do mostly residential and commercial projects although recently we have been involved with analysis fto purchase a plot of land, and design for a church congregations.
