I'm all about the bank owned property that needs light to moderate work that can be done with Mexican day laborers and then handing them off to my amazing and frugal property manager and then looking for the next. Im not into managing properties....just looking for the deal and then making them nice enough to live in.

And btw, I'm not a slum lord....I need to figure out how to change that moniker.

Real Estate Goals

To diversify to a different city or state. What if an earthquake hit Portland and all the bridges fell down. Seriously, all the bridges would fall down if something big hit and then all the eggs in my one basket would suffer greatly. Must diversify.

I don't want to really take on any mortagages...so I save and save and buy when I can pay all cash. That way your margin of error is massive....which helps me sleep at night.
