Hello everyone. We are Corie and Alex. We are full time real estate investors & wholesalers. We personally own investment properties & sell properties in multiple states (Michigan, Pennsylvania, Indiana, and Illinois) for less than 25K that cash flow between $400 - $600 per month. We are affiliated with a wholesale real estate company that buys in large bulk directly from the bank. They are able to buy at discounted prices and therefore pass the savings on to us. We’ve developed a turnkey system that consists of Realtor's, property managers, and construction crews that can help you through the process.

We are exited to share our knowledge, experiences and insights to this forum for real estate investing. We are both extremely knowledgeable in various aspects of real estate investing. 	Hi Dan, We are currently wholesaling in Michigan, Indiana, Pennsylvania, and Illinois. We have property managers in all states. We only own a few in each state. 	Hi corie. You, Alex and I need to talk. you are welcome to any deals that I have on my website. You can buy or wholesale. I don't konw if you own anything in IN, but the state's economy has done a complete 180 and the real estate values are still really cheap. What states are you currently in?
