I am involved in the sales of Bulk REOs and NPNs. I am direct to a large hedge fund actively buying REOs and NPNs in CA, AZ, and NV. They will also buy nationwide.
Experience
After 5 successful years associated with Coldwell Banker Commercial as Sr. Vice President I formed LDM Commercial in 2007. The firm has grown very quickly from representing major medical office and retail developers in So. California to now representing Buyers and Sellers nationwide in Bulk REO and NPN transactions..
We are direct (yes, direct!) to (2) Seller Mandates. We also represent a hedge fund buyer and additional high net worth individuals. Our relationships are very REAL and we will not waste our client's time and resources.
Real Estate Goals
The goal for LDM Commercial in 2009 is to grow our base of legitimate Bulk REO Buyers and to streamline the transaction process.
Currently Seeking
More REAL and LEGITIMATE buyers and sellers of bulk REOs and NPNs.
