I am a part Time Real Estate wholesaler I say that because I began as a part time investor and since through associates I have met through investing have been involved with high end real estate sales of hotels and resorts. Since then I have been working with a partner on Bulk REO Sales. I have to admit bulk sales of Reo properties or packages has been very challenging and have learned alot. also have put up with alot of BS in this bulk arena.
I am retired from aviation field. And wanting put more time into this Bulk REO arena. I don't say I am fully educated but am getting educated and Hopefully can have good interactions with like minded people.
