I have little experience as I am purchasing my first successful rental now. meets all requirements in this forum and at the CTREIA meeting so, looking forward to getting more!
I still live at home and my goals are by the time I am 24 I would like to have 3 or 4 rentals (multis) producing $2500 a month in net cash flow. Once I have successfully learned how to manage and buy rentals right. I will then explore other areas of real estate including wholesaling and eventually buy fix and rent.
I am seeking more rentals in CT that are producing cash flow. I have extended my ideas to currently looking in markets in Florida as well. I am open to properties in these areas and am focusing more on SFH's in Florida ( duplexes too) but because they are so low now and will apperciate. In CT I am only looking at multi's really.
