I am a Foreclosure Specialist with 19 years of experience in working with lenders on marketing REO/bank owned properties, buyers of foreclosures and assisting those who are in the various phases of foreclosure. This three prong approach has allowed me to structure numerous win-win-win situations. I work throughout the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area including the counties of Hennepin, Ramsey, Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Scott, Washington, Wright and Sherburne. Specialities include short sales, wholesaling, rehab, deed in lieu and all phases of the foreclosure process itself. As of Nov. 2011 I started work in the Real Estate Department of Wings Financial Credit Union.
