I am a full time investor looking to move to the next level. I am currently doing rehabs and wholesales in MD and Florida.

The majority of the deals I have done have been basic wholesales, lease/options, rehabs. Because of the new law(s) in Maryland, I don't do subject to deals. I have experience in mortgage workouts/shortsales thanks to the market in my area.

I would like to step my game up by focusing more on commercial deals and bulk reo purchases.
