I have bought and sold property throughout my life as a homeowner and have used some VERY creative means to do so... ;)

I was a Real Estate Agent in the Seattle,WA area in the 70's when the market was VERY HOT! We were having bidding wars on properties then! This was my first experience with the Real Estate Market. My life took a dramatic turn shortly after this.

Later, after the dust settled from the "Dramatic Turn" I sold Real Estate on the Olympic Peninsula in Washington and really enjoyed it but I have had to retire from selling for Health Reasons.

I have always wanted to Invest in Homes and fix them up to Re-sell. I LOVE "Homes" and believe they have Energy from all that goes on in them. I like to restore this Energy to Positive Energy.

My Husband loves to do Carpentry and I Love to do Interior Decorating - together I feel we will be able to produce a Good Income and Enjoy ourselves while doing it.

Real Estate Goals

My Goal for Real Estate at this time is to find a Private Lender to Loan us $50,000 to purchase the Farmstead in my Photo Album and to sell our current home.

Currently Seeking

My husband and I are currently seeking Private Money to purchase an "Old Dry Wheat Farm Homestead" for $50,000. This would be a "Dream Come True" for us! My Husband could work from home restoring Old Farm Tractors and Classic Cars and do carpentry projects in the Barn. I plan on turning the Bunkhouse into a Crafts Shop for Dried Flowers, painting "Old Furniture" I find on adventures and many other things.

We currently have a "Mini Farm" just outside the City Limits in the Tri-Cities in Eastern WA. We are both "Country Bumpkins" and feel VERY inhibited here. The fumes from the traffic make me sick and we feel we are being watched all the time.... I don't even go outside anymore! This Farmstead would ALLOW us to pursue our passions and feel FREE once again. :)

We only need the Loan for a few months while we sell our home and use the money from it to do repairs on the Homestead - then we would refinance it through our Bank. We are willing to pay $5,000 to acquire the Loan and negotiate the interest payments/mo. and the Lender could hold the Deed for Collateral.
