Watched my father manage rental properties for years while growing up (I was the free labor!) and am slowly working towards that same path. Not necessarily free labor from kids, but holding rental property.
Experience
Purchased my first home in 2009 and have rented out rooms within it while studying at KU. I have learned ways to deal with tenants as well as maintenance issues along the way.
Real Estate Goals
Expand rentals to properties outside of my personal residence! While giving me projects to work on with a return instead of only a cost.
