Young lad just looking to dive head-first into REI.

Experience

None whatsoever at the moment. But have been steadily educating myself via BP and other websites on all there is to know about REI.

Real Estate Goals

To eventually complete my 1st wholesale deal by Spring 2011, and eventually work my way to wholesaling 3-5 properties/month thereafter. My plan is to use this as a foundation that will hopefully lead me to obtaining a forward flow of REO's all while entering the rehabbing arena.

While rehabbing, I hope to also invest in SFR and build my portfolio up to about 30 properties, and use the cash flow in order to delve into MFR and commercial REI.

Currently Seeking

Experienced individuals in the greater Houston area (preferably north), that would be willing to take on someone in an intern/apprentice type role. I think I'd be an asset to anyone needing to pass off their grunt work, as I have the drive and determination to get things done. However I'm currently in that "paralysis by analysis" state, so I think a partnership such as I'm seeking would be the catalyst I need.
