I currently own my own non real estate business that consumes the majority of my time, but my ultimate goal is to have my business operating successfully without me to allow my pursuit of other business and real estate opportunities.

I have read a lot of resources, have been generally interested for some time. I run a small company not related to real estate but I am working on flipping my first.
