I own a mortgage advisement/mortgage company. I generate 1000's of good quality leads each week of people that want to own a home and need help for my sales force. We now offer the homes as well to my consumers.
Experience
Working with a 4 home inventory now of homes that cost us 60-70k. We use profits from other businesses to fund home buying. So far I'm averaging 17 days from end of rehab to getting a contract to sell to one of my buyers.
