i currently invest in single family homes looking to transition into commercial real estate by the way of self storage, rv parks, moble home parks, and multi - family investments. Alot of my investing is done in Minnesota but also in North carolina, and florida.
I love to travel to exotic places, meet new people, adventure, fish, play golf , andi like to help other people out.

For the past couple of years my main focus was to learn the business and jump into single family homes mostly buy and hold / selling owner financed. As well as selling wholesale to other investors.
