I worked in the mortgage industry from 2003-2006. I worked my way up from a Loan Officer assistant (top producer) to a loan officer. Purchased two investment properties and when the market turned had to short sell them. I am currently working the LO and Sub 2 market.

My real estate goals are to flip 3 wholesale LO a month with an average profit of 9,995. I also will work the sub 2 market and LO those for an average profit of 9,995.

Anyone who is interested in sharing ideas, strategies in Real Estate invesing. I am tired of paying for "guru" courses. I love being around people who take action.
