Real Estate Experience

Before I became a real estate success coach, I attended college and, after graduation, helped oversee a small manufacturing firm in his home town in Northeast Ohio. Within six years at the firm, I helped grow their annual net profits from $400K to $3.2M.

During my last three years of full-time employment, I also began to work evenings and weekends at my passion, real estate investing. In 1998, I resigned from my job and made real estate investing my full-time career.

By 2003, I personally owned more than 100 single-family rental properties and numerous multi-unit apartment complexes. During the previous five years, I had also bought, rehabbed and sold more than 200 homes. In 2004, I sold my properties, banked millions and headed down to Florida to enjoy the "easy life".

Within three months, I was bored, feeling completely unfulfilled and was wondering what to do with the rest of my life. However, one habit - personal development - came to my rescue. Through prayer and meditation, I realized that he had been given talents, gifts and experience... and he needed to find a way to serve as many people as possible coaching, teaching and inspiring.

I now offer a series of mentor programs and independent coaching programs that empower real estate investors with the skills and the mindset needed to succeed in the business.
