I'm the President of the Rochester REI Club in Rochester NY, a full time investor, Real Estate Broker with my own agency,President of Integrity Property Management, and President of Integrity Real Estate Properties, inc.

I'm happily married for 35 yrs to the same wonderful woman. I have 3 grown children that are all involved in Real Estate.

My back ground is in some form of construction for the last 30 years.

I love investing in Real Estate and consider myself Retired!! Retirement to me is doing what I've always dreamed about doing.

Experience

I started investing in Real Estate when I was 25 years old. I currently Keep and Flip houses in the Rochester NY Area. I specialize in City properties. My main business is Integrity Real Estate Properties, Inc. I buy distressed and foreclosed single and double houses rehab them, put in a tenant (property manage them) and sell them as Turn-Key Investment properties to investors from the US and around the world.

Real Estate Goals

Become the premier Investment property Real Estate Agency in Rochester NY. I will become the biggest and best Property Management company for residential 1-4 and commercial properties in Rochester NY. My other goal is the grow my Rochester Real Estate Investors Club to 600 members with monthly club attendance to 300. I will be starting the Rochester School of Real Estate this year the will provide local Real Estate Education to fellow Realtors and Investors.
