In my own words...

I have been an agent for 7 years mainly working with my own investing and also working short sales. I was wholesaling back in 2004-2006 and doing great then we decided to get into rehabbing. Did a few properties and did well ,then got taken by a contractor and stuck with several properties. Shyed away from real estate for a year but I am back full force and this time working on wholesaling REO's and short sales. Just getting back in so I may ask for some advice here and there. Hopefully my blog will help people with questions just like I had.
