I am just starting to invest in real estate. With the Detroit market so beat down, homes can be found at a fraction of their value. It's as good a time as any to get involved. Since I grew up in Detroit and still live in the area, my knowledge of the neighborhoods helps me identify safe/secure areas to invest in.

I am looking to do short sales, buy REOs, buy and hold for cash flow, wholesale (especially to out of state cash flow investors) and lease option.
