My background for the past 30 years has been in the cabinet and counter top business.
I have been making a slow transition into real estate investing over the last 2 years.
With foreclosures being what they are, I began with some loss mitigation work and ended up doing quite a number of short sales. Not much success at first, went through the school of hard knocks. I now focus on flipping properties, some short sales, some not, using transitional funding.
I've learned the hard way how important networking is, so I'm here to hopefully learn all I can.
