I'm a new investor in the Charlotte, NC area. Working full time right now until my investing takes off.

I'm actually new to investing. I work mainly with short sales right now. Also, just started to do some whole sales. I'm still looking to close that first deal so any help and advise is greatly appreciated.

To be able to do 5 to 10 rehabs a year. At the same time acquire some rental properties. I'm new to investing so I know this is a ways away but i'm determined to make it work.
