In my own words...

Bought my first property at 21, kept it as a rental for 8 years. Since then, I have bought three other rentals and flipped one home. First licensed in 1991, I recently took the test again and am working as a realtor. My wife and I are finishing our second flip and will have it on the market by the end of 2008.

Real Estate Experience

Purchased my first house in 1986. Used it as a rental for several years while in the Army. Purchased three rental properties in 2003. Bought, rehabbed and sold a single family residence in 2007. Purchased another SFR in May 08 that we are rehabbing.

Real Estate Goals

Working part time as a landlord, flipper and real estate agent. Would like to go full time in RE within 2 years.
