I am passionate about all forms of home ownership. I believe that real estate is the foundation to our daily lives and can be an instrument to great wealth. I feel individuals whom make good choices with real estate will constantly return a profit and those that understand the fundamentals of return on investment and cash flow are the leaders to follow.

I have developed land, rented homes, purchased long term holds, and lost and gained money along the way. I have been apart thousands of transactions and witness the triumphs of the market place and lumps of the industry. What goes down will rebound.
