I would like to enter the world of wholesaling distressed properties and flipping short sales, as a means of acquisition/exit that are open to creative deal-making and would generate short-term cash.

I am looking to partner with more experienced investors, doing deals together, gaining more practical experience in these areas while offering in return my legwork, contacts, research, help with marketing, etc.

Even if not partnering, I would like to meet other local investors to learn from their own experiences, methods, and area knowledge.
