I learned the real estate game from the ground up. I like many people saw the late night real estate gurus selling their products and I bought one. The course was helpful in theory but was nothing compared to the real world of investing. Due to lack of confidence I started a company with a couple of guys and we did a couple of deals but I quickly saw that they were not as dedicated to the success of the company as I was so we parted ways. I continued to wholesale for a while which eventually lead into fix and flips which were great. And thats what I do now. I currently work as a loan officer and am in the works to attain my real estate license.
My goals for the next 6 months are to get my real estate license, close 20 deals either wholesale or fix and flip, learn more about syndicates and organize my company in order to be more effective.
Investors who understand the basics of real estate and would like to partner on some deals without unrealistic expectations.
