4 year Marine Corps Vet. Have been inspired for awhile to Invest in Real Estate. Currently I am living off my Silver Bullion investment. From a chunk of that investment I have been able to purchase real estate education and a mentor. Living life to the full and settling for nothing less.

Experience

looking for my first deal... my team and I are getting to the point of 60 offers a week. Have funding and plenty of education. I would humbly say I'm just as good as anyone comping and use my resources to the max.

Real Estate Goals

After I get my first wholesale deal by Late January Mid February I will continue to wholesale for a whole year to ensure I understand this business in and out. Then I plan on Fix N Flipping and acquiring homes through Probate. All the while collecting rentals to create enough passive income to retire and pass on what I have learned.
