In my own words...
I enjoy everything about REI - and have plans to do it full-time by the end of next year.
Right now, I am a loan officer with Gateway Funding specializing in residential and commercial financing.
My company- Vision Pointe- owns several residential rentals, and offers high-quality panelized home kits. We are also opening a ladies' fitness center this month!
Real Estate Experience
I've been in finance for several years. On the investing side, I have focused mostly on residential flips and new construction.
Real Estate Goals
To aggressively build a commercial portfolio and focus on buying and holding property with cash flow. I would like to learn more about wholesaling and lease-options.
Currently Seeking
Owner financed large multi-unit properties or entire portfolios, hard money lenders, and partners :)
