I am an experienced businessman and investor with my own capital. I am relatively new to real estate investing although I have helped some relatives in the past to buy a couple of investment properties. I am looking for good investment opportunities for my capital and am considering apartment buildings, mobile home parks, lending, etc.

Real Estate Experience

I have helped some family members buy an apartment complex a few years back but have not bought anything myself because I felt real estate was in a bubble. Now that the bubble has burst, I am ready to invest.

Real Estate Goals

I am looking for investing ideas for a decent amount of capital. I am currently considering apartment buildings, mobile home parks and lending.

Currently Seeking

Any investment opportunity that is a no-brainer. The opportunity should provide me with a good cash yield and upside potential that is not speculative in nature.
