I am a creative entrepreneur and real estate investor. I invest in both residential and commercial real estate. I presently have a plethora of wholesale real estate that brings my private lenders excellent double digit returns. I've been involved in the processes of buying large apartment complexes, residential rehabs, lease sandwich deals, buy and hold and wholesale real estate.

Experience

Involvement with purchase of large multi-family (up to 810 units) purchases, rehab of residential homes, buy and hold, lease sandwich and wholesale. Have been around real estate investing my entire life.
My commercial real estate associates and I are looking for large, distressed multi-family properties, with a tremendous upside and preferably near a VA hospital.

Real Estate Goals

Continue to wholesale deeply discounted real estate, both bank owned and pre-foreclosure. Work with fellow investors that want to invest in distressed commercial real estate that includes; multi-family, storage facilities and assisted living.

Private lenders that seek double digit returns on deeply discounted real estate, both commercial and residential, that is secured by a mortgage.
