Hoping to make 2010 as prosperous as possible!!! Main focus is to learn as much as possible about Short Sales, Sub 2's, and REO flips. Though I wish to use these methods to build capital, my long term goals are to build cashflow through multi-family and other commerical properties.
Real Estate Goals
Goals are to create initial capital through flipping properties. I plan to continue flips throughout my investing career but hope to focus on cashflow properties as a longer term goal.
