In my own words...

My name is Willy Florestal. I am a NJ licensed Realtor and also, a Real estate Investor. Not to forget that i do buy mortgage notes at discounted price from Investors who had owner-financed a property and then, want to cash out for a lump sum.

Real Estate Experience

Beside being a Real estate Investor, I am also a NJ licensed Realtor. As a realtor, I work mostly with Real estate Investors by providing them with fixer-upper list, foreclosure property list etc. I started investing in Real estate about 3 years ago by wholesaling properties. Then, i extended my investing in mortgage notes and flipping houses.

Real Estate Goals

My real estate goal is to become a milionaire real estate investor, own properties in every states of United States, help others(average people) to learn how to invest in real estate so they can be debt free, have comfortable living, give 3% of my real estate gains to charity and not but not least, partner up with Donald Trump in investing in real estate.
