I have been investing in Real Estate for 3 years in Arizona. My experience includes fix and flip, rentals, and short sale negotiations.

Over the past 3 years I have completed approximately 30 remodels either with a partner or by myself. This past summer I acquired my RE License and I am now looking to pick up a few extra listings.

2. Fix and Flip 12 properties over the next year.
