In my own words...

Hey! I'm a newbie wholesaler in Eastern PA. I am married with 2 young children. I hope to start wholesaling here within the next week. I am still gaining little bits of information that I'm missing. I hope this site will help me out with that and I hope to help other newbies once I know what I'm talking about. :)

Real Estate Experience

I have gotten 1 deal under contract so far, but I had to back out of it because of it's location. I've learned to thoroughly research the market in the deal analysis stage.

Currently I am working on my marketing and building a strong buyer's list by assisting other wholesalers. So if you have a deal that you would like me to market, definitely let me know.

Real Estate Goals

My short term goal is to have at least 2 deals sold by the end of this month and to talk to as many sellers as I can.
