I'm a career software professional, 30 yrs, who dabbles in investments, including real estate.

Real Estate Experience

The only experience I've had in real estate has been buying and selling my own homes. I'm currently working with a group of investors who allow me to use their funds to purchase short sales. They are also interested in buying non-performing debt from local banks and credit unions. Check out my web site for more information.

Real Estate Goals

I would like my real estate investing to begin providing a side income stream. If the income grows large enough that I may be able to do this full-time, I'd like to start investing in property in other countries, such as Northeastern Brazil, Central America, Malta, France, and others.
