I am a seasoned rehabber with a huge advantage. My best friend has a building material liquadation center. I do a top rate rehab for pennies on the dollar. I do granite kitchen counter tops, marble bathroom floors and vanity tops and costom cabinents. I also use fancy trim and have recently found a source for all major applaincens at 18% of retail. I want to start doing owner financing. My motto is a true win win for all parties involved in my projects.
