I specialize in working with residential real-estate investors to buy, sell, rehab, and/or lease property in the San Antonio metro area and northeast to San Marcos and Seguin. My secondary market focus is Corpus Christi.

Experience

Bought, leased, and sold residential properties in Hawaii, England, and Texas. Licensed agent in Texas from 2003; obtained broker's license in 2006. Sold 68 properties in 2006-2007, mostly single-family rentals, but also lots, condos, new homes, and multi-family.


Real Estate Goals

To own at least three vacation homes around the world; use my skills and knowledge to add value to properties for my clients; and retire early with a nice real estate portfolio!
