Anxious to make a move.

None, I have read a few good books that focus on the importance of cash flow in real estate, which most of you hopefuly agree with as well. I have remodeled homes also but i'm ready to get my feet wet.

Real Estate Goals

Gradually buy SFH rentals that I can put sweat equity into (I enjoy a little hard work) rent with an option to buy and eventually purchase multi units, and apartments. A long term plan I hope will work.

I am also learning about notes and how to create them, its got to feel good owning your own bank.

Currently Seeking

Cash is tight, I'm looking for older mobile homes in utah I can pick up cheap clean up and owner finance to get some cash flow rolling in.

I'm also looking for mentors which is why I am here. I'm past all the guru's get rich quick schemes. I'm looking for solid experienced people who are out there making deals and studying the markets. I've already received alot of help on here so thanks.
