Light Things Up With Solar-Powered Sun Bricks

by | BiggerPockets.com

I found these little gadgets while flipping through Digg. These bricks use solar panels to charge during daylight to generate up to 8 hours of power at night. The lights automatically turn on at night, so no need for any wiring. You’re supposed to just bury them in your path or wherever else you’d place paving stones . . .

Cool concept, but a bit steep at $59.95 each

  1. Those bricks are pretty cool. It’s nice to see that more and more products and turning to alternate, sustainable sources of energy. The price on those are a little high, but these types of products will probably start to go down in price.
