    Totally different subject, but there’s this home pricing comparison thing at coldwellbanker.com that I was curious to find your take on. Is it accurate, worthwhile, etc.

  2. LOL. Actually, it is a new building in the middle of Studio City, CA. The building used to be a regular strip mall, but the owners decided to build a Russian nightclub on the second floor and altered the building to look like this. The occupants on the first floor include an eyeglass shop, makeup store, and a pizza restaurant. I’m baffled that the locals allowed this to be built. It really sticks out like a sore thumb, especially since the rest of the neighborhood businesses exist in “normal looking” buildings.
