I am impressed with your tenacity. After only $1500 on the first house and in the RED on the next, most folks would have given up. Congrats on that!

Education is the key to your success. Believing and having faith in your education will give you the confidence to pull the trigger and make a move. I have read many posts, blogs and sites which claim inactivity is due to lack of motivation or laziness but I disagree. Information and education creates clarity and clarity becomes the confidence which propels you to pull the trigger. I had a session with a potential client yesterday and am always impressed when I hang up the phone and receive a return call or email saying I will be at the next auction I have made arrangement. One gentleman yesterday took less than 10 minutes from the time our session ended to inform me that he had booked a flight from Canada to Florida and hotel arrangements were made. This individual had no prior knowledge of the auction date, time or place prior to our session and the auction is next week. Now that is clarity and is refreshing to see. All new investors fear the worst case scenario and question their ability. With the right information and guide these hinderances will quickly be replaced with clarity. Find the right person for you, there is no one size fits all. Ask a lot of questions, get an answer and verify it. If you don’t know where or how to verify it, ask the guru how it can be verified. If they show any sign of hesitation, move on. Before you write a check to anyone ask how their experience can be verified and what proof is offered. I have been to seminars where people have blindly written checks for $5,000 without any proof or verification just a vague seminar with an effective pitch. All in all, the better advertised and well funded the marketing is, the less you are probably going to get out of it. I have spoken to many many people who have paid for expensive courses and it seems the adverse relationship between flash and functionality is real. FYI-I’m not a guru, just putting in my 2 cents.
