    Nice article. You’re absolutely right that your goals should have all of those characteristics. One of the primary reasons most people never reach their goals is that they set them outside of being realistic, don’t create a plan to “get there” and have not created a concrete idea of what they want so have no way to measure how close they are to attaining them!
