He began buying rental properties and flipping houses at age 21, discovering he didn’t need to work 40 years at a corporate job to have “the good life.” Today, with nearly 100 rental units and dozens of rehabs under his belt, he continues to invest in real estate while also showing others the power, and impact, of financial freedom. His writings have been featured on,,, Money Magazine, and numerous other publications across the web and in print media. Love this format. 20 mins > 10 mins. And interesting things come up in a dialogue format that might not surface when doing it on your own. Thanks for all your hard work, learning a lot!

I think having a new investor ask questions is a great format. The regular podcasts are great but sometimes you guys skip over the stuff that you already know, with good reason (each show would be 17 hours). It was nice to hear some questions coming from someone with the perspective of just starting. The trick to keeping it interesting would be not having the same newbie questions each of the different experts. Thanks and keep up the great work!
