    Thanks for sharing Brandon.

    My biggest mistake was not meeting and interacting with other investors both on BP and at local meetups sooner in my investing career. Hard to measure, but I’m sure it lost me hundreds of thousands if not over a million dollars worth of deals, and I’m sure hundreds in thousands in gains lost by not having learned earlier.. just assuming I could have done twice as much business, if not more..
