Good #AskBP brandon! One thing I was wanting to know more about with rural rentals is whats your thoughts on septic/well? It seems like it could be a headache. I am looking at a 6plex a little off the beaten path and it has septic/well. I am worried what the tenants have been putting down the drain the last 75 years this building has been around.
