Excellent Podcast Josh, Brandon and Nick! Good to hear another east coaster crushing it! I’m definitely going to check out that book by Napoleon Hill Nick. I read Think and Grow Rich but not that one. Loved how you had the mindset from day one to run your investments as a business. Very forward thinking Nick! I’ve also been resistant to putting Podio into effect but after listening to this podcast I think I can’t resist anymore. The reasons why you use it make a lot of sense, especially for it being able to communicate between different projects and your accounting software. Just makes perfect sense to make the change. Thanks Nick for sharing everything with the BP community. Very grateful for giving us more BP Gold!

Another great information laced podcast by hosts Brandon and Josh in which they were able to extract detailed and actionable info from Nick.

In listening to this podcast, I have definitely gained additional tips to propel our business. So, it was well worth my time.

Nick, at a young age you have demonstrated that there is nothing to fear but fear itself. As a fellow New Yorker who warmly embraces Buffalo as well, no matter what Josh thinks….:-), it’s good to see that you returned to your neighborhood to do good and benefit from doing so simultaneously.

Good luck to you and your partner and I expect to hear of the spiraling success with the partnership as time progresses.

Nick great podcast. Appreciate your time. In NY…moved up to 68 units and struggling with project management. What are your thoughts on PODIO. I registered for it but really have no clue how to use it. We are struggling (3 partners) with project management. Your an IBM’r so apps and technology are a cake walk to you. thoughts on PODIO for a guy with limited technology background. We have constant issues. Mostly c properties.

Would like to have a setup for each property – income – outstanding rents – projects (repairs) to be done

is this what you use PODIO to be done. Want to be at 200 units in 5 years. Need to get more organized.
