Great episode! It’s super neat hearing from people like Seth who are passionate about a particular thing other than real estate but realize the cash flow benefits from rental properties. Really great info for anyone who says they “don’t have the [email protected] – I love the use of virtual assistants.

Also, I am kind of jealous of Brandon for getting to hang out with Seth and Unspoken! Anyway, really great episode!

My favorite line: “There’s a healthy amount of filter that happens in a marriage.”

Good show! Although Seth has made a name for himself in the music industry, he is a great example of most investors I know. He is busy with a career and raising a family while building wealth through real estate investing. I always enjoy hearing from the down-to-earth investors.
