We\u2019re glad you\u2019re already using RentRedi! Your BiggerPockets Pro benefit will apply when your next RentRedi payment is due. If you pay monthly, this means next month! Pay annually or bi-annually? Your subscription will be covered when your plan is up for renewal.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Make sure you have the same email address for RentRedi and BiggerPockets.
    1. If you need to modify your BiggerPockets Pro account email, you can do so here<\/a> or by clicking \u2018settings\u2019 > \u2018general information.\u2019 Update your email address and click save.<\/li>
    2. If you need to modify your RentRedi account email, visit https:\/\/app.rentredi.com\/updateEmail<\/li><\/ol><\/li>
    3. Sign out of RentRedi.<\/li>
    4. Go to BiggerPockets.com, sign into your Pro account, and click \u2018manage my properties\u2019 on your Pro Benefits page<\/a> to use RentRedi.<\/li>
    5. You will be directed to RentRedi with a login screen just for BiggerPockets Pro members to connect your account.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n\n\n

      If you don\u2019t renew your Pro membership, you\u2019ll continue to have access to RentRedi through your BiggerPockets account at a 25% discount.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n

      Nope! BiggerPockets Pro members get access to RentRedi\u2019s property management software as a benefit of their membership for as long as BiggerPockets and RentRedi are in partnership. If anything changes, we\u2019ll let you know.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n

      Because RentRedi collects rent payments, they need to verify each users\u2019 identity to protect against fraud. The $1 charge confirms that you are who you say you are.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n
